Hey, I’m Kim,
I'm on a mission to support women to connect deeply to themselves and their bodies, live a life in connection & guidance with their brilliant inner wisdom(which we all have) and reclaim denied parts of themselves so that they can live their absolute fullest expression of themselves.

Not sure which offering is right for you? That's ok, sessions can be a combination of both, and tailored to you. Get in touch here to explore what will be most supportive for you.
A lot of us live in a world where we are asked directly and indirectly to change. To stretch, squish and contort ourselves into something and someone acceptable. This is a message we often have ingrained so deeply within us that we don't allow ourselves to feel how we feel, be in the energy we in or even spend time the way we want to. All in the name of being how we think we are supposed to be.
My intention is to provide a space where you can undo that top button on your pants and let it all out. Be exactly as you want to be, exactly as you are. From this place you are able to connect with yourself and decide which of these ideas and beliefs you want to hold onto and which you would rather let go.
I believe we need the space to be, exactly as we are at any moment. To drop masks, expectations, social norms. I offer a space for this. For you to come exactly the way you are feeling, with exactly the energy you are in, with exactly the thoughts that are with you and exactly the sensations you are (or aren't) feeling in your body.
I believe that it is only from here, a place of acceptance, that true healing can begin. In saying this, you may not always like or even tolerate how you are showing up and there's space for that too.
