This is a space to slow down, listen to your body, and explore your inner world through art, movement, and gentle somatic practices. Here, we honour all the parts of you — the ones that feel light and joyful, the ones that feel tired or stuck — and make space for them to be seen, heard, and felt.
Are you feeling weighed down by others’ expectations, self-doubt, looping thoughts, indecision, or the pressure to be “enough” -perhaps layered with the grief of loss, the quiet exhaustion of burnout, or the constant giving required as a parent or educator?
Together, we gently unwind old patterns, soften the noise of judgment, and create space for you to return to your whole, steady, aligned self.
Move from self-criticism to accepting yourself as you are, no matter how you are.

A peek inside a session
Sessions with me are a gentle, open space to come home to yourself. It’s for anyone who wants to explore what’s alive inside — the thoughts, feelings, and experiences waiting to be seen or heard.
We start by checking in and seeing what’s stirring for you — it might be a challenge in a relationship, a sense of loss, a difficult decision, or simply feeling stuck. We talk, reflect, and allow the conversation to unfold naturally.
Then, if it feels right, we may move into creative expression — using pastels, pencils, clay, or paint — to give voice to what words can’t always capture. Or we may explore through embodied practices, gently tuning into the body and creating a sense of safety to process emotions that have been held for too long.
Sometimes we also work with the different “parts” of yourself — the inner voices that hold your wisdom or your protection — helping them to be seen, understood, and brought into harmony.
Sessions are always guided by you. I walk beside you, offering guidance and reflection when it feels helpful, but you are always in the driver’s seat.
This is a space to pause, feel, create, and reconnect — a space to return home to yourself.

Art Therapy & Counselling
Art Therapy and Counselling offers an open space to pause and make sense of what’s going on inside. We start by talking about whatever feels alive for you, and when words aren’t enough, you can use simple creative tools — pastels, pencils, clay, or paint — to express what you’re feeling. There’s no right or wrong; it’s just a way for things to come out safely. Together, we explore what shows up so you can feel clearer, calmer, and more connected to yourself.
Embodied Processing
Embodied Processing is about reconnecting with your body and creating safety within it. Often, past experiences leave sensations or emotions in the body that resurface later. Through embodied processing, we first create a steady, grounded space, then gently allow old emotions to move through safely. Over time, this helps you feel and process emotions without being pulled into old triggers or shutdown responses.

Hey I’m Kim
I offer these sessions because it’s been a powerful part of my own healing. Art gave me a way to hold everything swirling inside — the thoughts, feelings, and sensations that didn’t seem to have a home.
Time and time again, images have given me insight I could never reach through thinking alone, and I’ve witnessed the same kind of “aha” moments with the people I support. Working with my own inner parts has brought me compassion, acceptance, and a sense of coming back to myself, and now I weave art therapy, parts work, and embodied processing together to offer that same kind of grounding and clarity to others.
Everything I guide you through are practices I’ve walked myself — the stumbling, the learning, and the relief that comes from reconnecting with your own inner wisdom.
