Supporting Educators: Protecting Your Energy While Nurturing Others

You hold the emotional experiences of 20–30 children every day, plan learning, document growth, and build relationships with children and families — all while showing up again and again for little humans who ask so much and give so much in return.

Sometimes, despite your best efforts, you notice behaviours you can’t shift, or reactions from yourself that surprise or frustrate you. That’s normal — it doesn’t mean you’re not a good educator. It means you’re human.

I’ve been in your shoes — in the classroom, supporting educators, and working with families for over 15 years. I understand how our past experiences can echo in the room, how triggers can affect the way we show up, and how holding so much can drain your energy.

How we can work together

When we work together, we explore what’s happening for you, for the child, and in your relationships at work. We uncover patterns, understand triggers, and create a way forward where you can support children without burning out.

This isn’t about unlearning everything you’ve been taught — it’s about understanding yourself, your body, your reactions, and reclaiming your energy.

I want to help you reconnect with the joy and energy that brought you to this work — so you can show up in a job you love, feeling supported, grounded, and human.

This work helps you:
